Note: Penumbral Eclipse starts on September 7th (Saturday) at 8.58 pm IST. Traditional Panchangam don't consider Penumbral Lunar Eclipse as Chandra Grahan - It is called as Upchaya Chandra Grahan - Its only of astronomical importance - Even in places where it is visible, the penumbral eclipse is difficult to be seen even through telescope.
