Mysore Dasara 2026 - Jamboo Savari, Torch Light Parade: Date & Time - Mysuru Palace Dasara Ways To Watch Live

Mysore Dasara commences on 11 October, 2026 (Sunday). Scion of Mysore Royal Family, Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wodeyar will perform Mysore Dasara puja.

The Mysore Palace will be illuminated with nearly 1 lakh bulbs from 7 pm to 10 pm on all days of the festival. On the grand final Vijayadasami day Jambu Savari & Torchlight Parade are held.

Jamboo Savari:

- Jamboo Savari is on October 21, 2026 (Wednesday). Goddess Chamundeshwari will bless devotees on Golden Howda atop Elephant in Mysore.

Karnataka Chief Minister, Mysore Maharaja, other Ministers and Chief Guests normally participate in the Jamboo Savari.

- Reception of Dasara Elephants. Nandidhwaja Puja from pm to pm IST (Lagna)

- From pm to pm IST in Shuba Lagna Pushpaarchane followed by Start of Mysore Dasara Procession Jambu Savari

Torch Light Parade:

On October 21, 2026 (Wednesday) - 7 pm to 10 pm IST - Torch Light Parade will be held at Bannimantap Ground.
