-- Evening: Special Abhishekam, Alankaram, Deeparadhanai to Sri Jayanthinathar at Vasantha Mandapam
-- Sri Jayantinathar will bless devotees in Thanga Chaparam. Then the Vaibhavam of 11 times Valam of Vasanta Mandapam by Sri Jayantinathar, amidst the Chanting of Veda Parayanam, Singing of Thevaram, Thirupugazh, Nandimathalam, Sanganatham, PillaiTamizh, Vel Vaguppu, Veera Vaal Vaguppu, Kappal Pattu etc will be held.
-- At around 6 pm, Sri Jayanthinathar giving release from curse i.e., Saba Vimochanam to the Muni-Kumarargal in the tank at Vasantha Mandapam will be held
-- 7.15 pm - Raa Kala Abhishekam to Moolavar
-- Sri Jayanthinathar in Thanga Chaparam - Giri Veedhi Valam - Thirukovil Serthal
-- Note: On May 21st, Temple Nadai will be opened at 4 am in the morning

- 'Vaikasi' is the name of one of the Tamil months (May-Jun)
- 'Visakam' is the name of one of the Nakshatram.
Lakhs of devotees will throng Lord Subramanya Temples especially Arupadai Veedu Thirukovil to have darshan of Deity on Vaikasi Visakam.
