Accenture To Layoff 19,000 Employees Over Next 18 Months

 - Accenture during its quarterly results announcements today has said its going to layoff 19,000 Jobs (about 2.5% of Current Workforce) over next 18 months. 

- Accenture revenue in Q2 (Dec-Feb) rose by 5.1% YoY to $15.81 billion. Financial Services revenue rose by 4.6% to $3 billion

- Accenture has said Communication, media, technology revenue fell by 9.66% YoY to $2.88 billion

- Facebook Meta 1st Round Layoff 11,000 Employees; 2nd Round Layoff 10,000 jobs

- Google Parent Company Alphabet had cut 12,000 jobs

- Amazon in 1st round cut 18,000 roles - in 2nd Round 9,000 Employees Layoff 

- Microsoft announced it would layoff 10,000 employees

- Twitter headcount has fallen by over 70% ever since Elon Musk took over as CEO
